Terms of Service

1. The service

LimesWorth is a project workflow and change-control tool. It helps you review scope, document client requests, generate Change Orders, collect client decisions, and create Evidence Packs from your project records. LimesWorth does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.

2. AI outputs are suggestions only

AI-assisted scope analysis, extraction, and related features produce suggestions for your review. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output, making scope decisions, communicating with clients, setting pricing, and accepting commercial consequences. LimesWorth does not guarantee that AI output is complete or correct.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials safe, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. The live product demo account is read-only for certain actions.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal content or content you do not have permission to use.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data.
• Do not abuse public client approval links.
• Do not interfere with the service or upload malicious code.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of information you enter into LimesWorth. You grant LimesWorth the limited right to process that information only as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have permission to upload and share client contracts, requests, emails, and attachments you submit.

6. Client approval links

Client approval links allow clients to approve or decline a Change Order without creating a login. You are responsible for sending links only to the intended recipient and for how you use the resulting decision records in your workflow.

7. Evidence Packs

Evidence Packs are workflow records generated from your stored project data. They are not a guarantee of legal enforceability in any jurisdiction.

8. Plans, subscriptions, and payments

LimesWorth currently offers a Free plan and paid Solo and Pro plans.

The Free plan is $0 and allows exactly 1 real project total per account. There is no subscription charge for Free.

Solo and Pro are paid subscriptions handled through Lemon Squeezy. Solo allows up to 5 Active projects and may be billed monthly at $19 or annually at $190. Pro allows up to 20 Active projects and may be billed monthly at $29 or annually at $290. The prices and limits that apply are those shown at the time you pay.

Paid Solo and Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period unless cancelled. If you cancel, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. You keep paid access until that period expires. After expiry, the account becomes Free.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. LimesWorth does not store complete payment-card details.

9. Refunds and chargebacks

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy and Lemon Squeezy procedures. Contact LimesWorth before initiating a chargeback when possible.

10. Service availability and changes

LimesWorth may be updated, changed, limited, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or operational reasons. Features, limits, prices, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. LimesWorth does not promise error-free results, specific commercial outcomes, or that the service will satisfy every legal or contractual requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LimesWorth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

12. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for serious misuse, security risks, unlawful activity, payment fraud, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not by itself cancel a paid subscription; subscription cancellation is described in section 8.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as LimesWorth develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown on this page.
